This is a bad season for Liverpool. The Reds sit in the middle of the table with 29 points, far away from the top and Jurgen Klopp looks unable to change something. The injury situation is going from bad to worse, Thiago Alcantara is the latest victim. Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate and Luis Diaz remain sidelined.
Everton are in the drop zone and that's the main reason why manager Lampard was sacked. The former Burnley manager Sean Dyche took the team and the effect was very good. Everton beat the leaders Arsenal and the atmosphere in the squad is positive now. There are unlikely to be any tactical changes from Dyche's new 4-5-1 formation. Most of the players are ready, but Calvert-Lewin is rated as doubtful.
I think Everton could upset the hosts. The absence of both central defenders Konate and Van Dijk is a huge problem for Klopp.
