D1 - Football - Greece - Super League
OFI Crete played an 1:1 draw in the previous round. It was a "good" draw because the opponents were the leaders Panathinaikos. The only goal for OFI was scored by Eric Larsson in the 59 minute. Panathinaikos have dominated the game, but was unable to win. OFI coach Valdas Dambrauskas has almost all players available, only Frixos Grivas is sidelined due to a knee injury.
Volos suffered a high 4:0 loss in their previous game against AEK Athens in Super League. Volos have two defeats and one draw on the last three league matches. What is worse, Volos failed to score a single goal on the mentioned three fixtures. Coach Kostas Bratsos will be missing the injured Symeon Papadopoulos.
I expect OFI to win this match. The home advantage is the reason for my pick, but more Volos poor form. As I wrote above, Volos failed to score a single goal on the last three matches in Super League.
