Aston Villa welcome Liverpool to Villa Park in Birmingham on Boxing Day. The Villans have improved under new manager Unai Emeri. They managed to register two victories on the last two matches in the Premier League. Villa managed to beat 3:1 Manchester United and 2:1 Brighton and now sit in the middle of the table. What is important, the players confidence is higher. Liverpool, meanwhile, lost 3:2 to Manchester City in EFL Cup. It was another disappointment for their fans, already frustrated with the league inconsistency. Liverpool are sixth on the table with 22 points, huge seven points off fourth-placed Tottenham. The away form is poor, they have just one Premier League away win from their last six attempts. I expect Aston Villa to remain unbeaten against the favorites.
