Crystal Palace will face Leeds United in Australia in a pre-season friendly. I think both managers will be satisfied with draw here. Vieira is without lot of players, including the key stars Wilfried Zaha, Christian Benteke and Eberechi Eze. In addition, there are 11 other notable absentees (James Tomkins, Mark Guehi, Martin Kelly, Nathan Ferguson, Reece Hannam, Michael Olise, Cheikhou Kouyate, Will Hughes, James McArthur, Jairo Riedewald and Jeffrey Schlupp). It is not surprise the Eagles lost both friendly matches against Liverpool and Manchester United, scoring just one goal for 180 minutes.

Leeds United, meanwhile, are weaker than last season. They lost two best players as Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha left the club. Some new players arrived (Brenden Aaronson, Rasmus Kristensen, Marc Roca, Tyler Adams, Luis Sinisterra, Darko Gyabi and Sonny Perkins), but it is clear they need some time for adaptation. Manager Marsch will have a tough job this season. Leeds lost 1:0 to Aston Villa in Queensland in the last friendly game, so a draw here is definitely a good result.
