Second from bottom Guarani receives leader Cruzeiro without both most used starters in the season, Pereira ( def. 14 that with only 2g is also the topscorer of the team) and striker Josè ( 14+1 1g), both on loan from Cruzeiro.

Adding to this, other two starters are out, Julio Cesar ( att. 10+2) and Diogo Mateus ( def. 10+2 1g). Finally, with reserve left back Eliel ( 2+2) out, too, right back Ludke (1sub)will play out of its natural role as left back.

Cruzeiro has Luvermann ( striker 7+3 2g) suspended, Bidu ( def. 9+3), Jaja ( att. 9 2g), Silva ( att. 4+2 2g) out, too, but usual starting def. Ivaldo (12) and midf. Moura ( 14) return both available.

Guarani should have no chance, they loose only two home matches, but scoring only two home goals and today with many problems, Cruzeiro with only two defeats ( one in opening round) and two draws i9n whole season, best attack and second best defense
