Liverpool welcome Villarreal to Anfield for the first leg of their Champions League semi-final with Liverpool on Wednesday. The Reds defeated Benfica 6:4 on aggregate in the quarter-finals, while the Yellow Submarine shocked Juventus and Bayern Munich in the previous stages. Liverpool are huge favorites in this clash. However, it won't be easy as most of the players are tired. This fixture will represent the 8th game of a hectic April schedule for Liverpool. What is worse, Liverpool failed to beat both Benfica and Inter Milan during their knock-out legs at Anfield. On contrary, Villarreal were very good as guests. They beat Juventus in Turin and played an 1:1 draw with Bayern Munich in Germany. The players confidenc is high and I think they could remain unbeaten at Anfield.
