CL - Football - Europe - CL - Champions League
I think Atletico Madrid could remain unbeaten at Anfield. There are three reasons for my pick. First of all, Atletico are team with experienced players and they already have conquered Anfield. It was the Champions League quarter-final's 2nd leg two seasons ago, in which Atletico won 3:2 after extra-time and went through 4:2 on aggregate.
The second reason is connect with the current form of both teams. Liverpool didn't look good against Brighton on Saturday when dropped two points. They had a 2:0 lead in the first half, but at the end the Reds should be lucky to stay unbeaten. On contrary, Atletico were impressive against Betis and won 3:0 during the weekend.
The third reason is connect with the injury situation in Liverpool. Klopp has big issues in the midfield as Naby Keita, James Milner and Harvey Elliott are out injured, while Thiago Alcantara and Fabinho are rated as doubtful. Simeone will be missing Griezmann through suspension, but Klopp's handicap is bigger.
