Man City go off as odds on favourites and that looks a short price on first look. Stoke's unbeaten home run must be respected here and given City face Real Madrid on Tuesday night we can excuse them for having an eye on that game.
Most Stoke games are very tight and I see this being no different. I belive the visitors will end up with the points but we can't back them at such a price.
The International break will also be a factor here with the Man City squad having players flying to all parts of the globe. This will help Stoke and as a result I think we will see a tight game with few chances especially early on.
I will play under 2. 50 goals in this one which has hit in 11 of the last 15 Man City away games. Stoke may well score in this one but if they repeat what they did against Arsenal it doesn't look likely. Also Mancini's defence looks robust enough to cope with the aerial bombardment and 1 goal may be enough. The fear is 2-1 to Man City but I'll stick with the champions to win this game by a slender margin.
