Strange things happen in Eredivise these days. We see an enormous number of “under 2. 5 goals” games… And it seems that the era of high-scoring games is over . Teams have started playing defensively and Eredivisie changed a lot.

Twente is this year surprise in Eredivisie. They are currently on the second place and still have chances for the title.
their advantage on Ajax is still nine points, so even a defeat here wouldn’t be a catastrophe. This midweek they took three more points with them by beating Heracles in their big derby game, but it wasn’t a convincing display.

Ajax did not play so good agianst Roda but managed to score 4 goals (2 penalties). I should say that the referee help Ajax a lot.
Twente are flying high at the moment. There is no tension in the club as they are really happy with their current position.

Neither side has squad problems, Ajax’ midfielder Lodeiro is set for his debut.

Twente have everything they need to win at Amsterdam arena and I do believe that @1. 80 for home win is too low!
